Dev is a nationally recognized and award-winning Destination-Developer. As a social entrepreneur Pathik has spent the past 25 years leading innovations in economic development projects that serve a greater good. These innovations are widely known through his many media appearances including his Ted Talk, NBC Today Show, HBO Real Sports, CNBC Power Lunch, Wall Street Market Watch, The Wall Street Journal, PBS, and others.

 In 2003, Pathik founded the Sports Facilities Companies (www.sportsfacilities.com ) with the launch of the Sports Facilities Advisory (SFA).  Today SFC employees  3,000 team members, producing 50 Million + visits annually as the largest operator of community-based sport/events and tourism assets in America.

Pathik joined forces with Steve Burks first, as an investor, in an attainable housing project.  At the same time, Dev’s relationships in economic development were asking for solutions  to the employee housing crisis.
