Her expertise includes vertically-integrated mixed-use, adaptive-reuse, historic preservation, low-, mid- and high-rise multi-family, senior and student housing, luxury condominium, full and limited service hospitality, and Class A speculative office architectural design, as well as extensive historic tax credit consultation knowledge.
